Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of nullX websites, the Developer Portal, related support surfaces, and connected product services provided by RUSH LABS GLOBAL LLC.
Using The Service
You may use the website and Developer Portal only in compliance with these terms, applicable law, and any product-specific rules or instructions we publish through the portal.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your access to the portal, your connected accounts, and any runtime or claim tokens issued for your license workspace.
Eligibility And Account Access
You must provide accurate information when redeeming a license or connecting third-party accounts. We may require Discord sign-in, Roblox sign-in, and other verification steps before granting or continuing access.
You may not impersonate another person, use another person's connected account without permission, or attempt to obtain portal access that is not assigned to you or your organization.
License Rules
Access to protected portal features depends on a valid and active license. A license may be bound to a verified Discord account and, for WatchDog runtime flows, linked to a specific Roblox universe.
You may not transfer, resell, share, publish, expose, or otherwise misuse license keys, runtime tokens, claim tokens, or other protected credentials except as expressly allowed by us in writing.
If we revoke, suspend, rotate, or rebind a license, token, or linked workspace for security, abuse-prevention, billing, or support reasons, you must stop using the affected credentials immediately.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to violate the law, interfere with the platform, defeat security controls, scrape restricted areas, abuse rate limits, extract secrets, or reverse engineer protected services beyond rights that cannot legally be limited.
You also may not attempt to bypass account binding, token validation, portal access checks, or product restrictions by automation, credential sharing, replay attacks, or other unauthorized means.
Security And Credential Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your license keys, portal access, runtime tokens, claim tokens, connected Discord and Roblox accounts, local development files, source repositories, CI or deployment secrets, webhook destinations, and any other credentials or configurations made available to you through the service.
You may not share, publish, embed insecurely, expose in a client context, commit to source control, transmit without appropriate protection, or otherwise mishandle protected credentials. If you fail to secure your own credentials, connected accounts, contractors, administrators, devices, browsers, or internal systems, you bear the resulting risk and responsibility.
Third-Party Services And Customer Environment
The service may depend on or integrate with third-party services and platforms, including Discord, Roblox, hosting providers, database providers, analytics services, communications tools, and other vendors. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, security, policies, acts, omissions, or failures.
We are also not responsible for the security, performance, legality, or behavior of your own game code, webhook targets, local files, developer tooling, repositories, infrastructure, moderation settings, or organizational environment.
Security Incidents, Suspension, And Remediation
We may monitor access and use for security, abuse-prevention, support, and operational purposes. If we reasonably suspect compromise, unauthorized sharing, account mismatch, abuse, or other security risk, we may investigate, log relevant activity, invalidate sessions, require re-verification, rotate or revoke tokens, unlink connected universes, suspend access, or terminate affected services.
You agree to cooperate with reasonable remediation steps, including rotating or removing exposed credentials, ceasing use of revoked tokens, and securing your own environment before access is restored.
Intellectual Property
The website, Developer Portal, product content, branding, code, documentation, graphics, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited rights needed to use the service as permitted, these terms do not grant you any ownership rights, source rights, or broader commercial rights in our software, content, or marks.
Availability, Changes, And Termination
We may change, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update documentation, token behavior, OAuth requirements, license rules, or portal workflows when needed for product, security, or operational reasons.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created security risk, failed to maintain a valid license, or used the service in a way that could harm us, our users, or third parties.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RUSH LABS GLOBAL LLC and its affiliates, owners, personnel, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the service, your breach of these terms, your misuse of credentials, your content or game environment, or a security incident in your own systems, accounts, repositories, devices, or organization.
Disclaimers And Liability Limits
We design and operate the service with security-focused controls intended to reduce the likelihood of unauthorized access, misuse, and credential abuse. However, the service is still provided on anas is andas available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or immune from every exploit, breach attempt, or third-party failure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any breach, compromise, exploit, account takeover, credential leak, repository exposure, webhook misuse, code exposure, loss, corruption, interruption, or unauthorized access caused in whole or in part by your own acts or omissions, your team, your contractors, your connected third-party accounts, your local environment, your devices, your infrastructure, your repositories, your game code, or any other systems outside our direct control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are also not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, replacement costs, or security events arising from or related to the service, even if we were advised that such damages were possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for direct damages arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the affected license or service in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations of liability, so parts of this section may apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes To These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
